Most recently completed a project for a small medical device client that requested an efficient and advantageous corporate structure

Notably, secured a 4% income tax rate and 50% tax credit on R&D activities in Puerto Rico for client’s operations company (2017 rec’d ~$1mm in credits)
Prior to Adaptive, Ryan was involved in the start-up of Covis Pharma

As a consultant with Adaptive, he worked with the Swiss headquarters of Covis Pharma including:

He also held Accounting, Finance, and Procurement positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Quintiles
He holds a BA in Accounting with a dual concentration in Financial Analysis and Accounting Information Systems from NC State University
He is married and resides in Raleigh, NC
