Ryan has 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry including: manufacturing, distribution, and product supply; finance and accounting; reporting and demand planning; and information technology

Started Adaptive Pharma Solutions in 2013 specializing in pharma/biotech start-ups

  • Provides expertise across multiple functional areas: operations, finance and accounting, IT, process improvement, and reporting/modeling

  • Most recently completed a project for a small medical device client that requested an efficient and advantageous corporate structure

  • Notably, secured a 4% income tax rate and 50% tax credit on R&D activities in Puerto Rico for client’s operations company (2017 rec’d ~$1mm in credits)


Prior to Adaptive, Ryan was involved in the start-up of Covis Pharma

  • Managed the US IT and Finance departments along with coordinating distribution and logistics


As a consultant with Adaptive, he worked with the Swiss headquarters of Covis Pharma including:

  • Held role of Head Consultant-Supply Chain and managed IT functions

  • Operated as key inventory and logistics contact with all product acquisitions and divestment


He also held Accounting, Finance, and Procurement positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Quintiles

He holds a BA in Accounting with a dual concentration in Financial Analysis and Accounting Information Systems from NC State University

He is married and resides in Raleigh, NC
